I'll get it set up so everyone has publishing access, and you can put up photos, videos, anything at all. You can also use the "Subscribe to Posts" link at the bottom right to subscribe so that every time someone puts up something new, you get an email letting you know.

Here is what the Comments look like. That lets us have a discussion related to a specific posting, so we can always find the comments that relate to a bunch of photos etc.
